expose underground services without damaging them

HYDRO-EXCAVATION SERVICES

OUR NON DESTRUCTIVE METHOD MINIMISES THE RISK OF DAMAGE.

Plumbing & Pipeline Solutions uses high capacity vacuum units to expose materials underground, this includes underground water, gas, electrical, telecommunications, fibre optic, sewer and stormwater services as well as significant tree roots.

One of the key benefits of this form of vacuum excavation services or non destructive digging is that it minimises the risk of damage associated with mechanical excavation such as excavators and back hoes.

What to expect with hydro excavation

hydro excavation explained

Experience the precision and safety of our hydro excavation services, featuring advanced ground penetrating radar and state-of-the-art hydro excavation technology. In this video, we’ll demonstrate how our techniques allow for accurate and non-destructive digging, ensuring efficient and careful excavation. Watch our expert team in action as they showcase the process, highlighting the benefits of this innovative approach for your next project.

HYDRO EXCAVATION TECHNOLOGY

Dynamic Hydro Excavations also known as non-destructive digging uses a high pressure water lance to break up soil, clay and other earth and then a powerful vacuum unit to remove the spoil which exposes the underground service without damage.

This type of excavation is recommended when digging with conventional equipment is too dangerous or impractical.

The use of dynamic hydro excavation is a safe way to dig around utilities to ensure there is no damage to them.

Dynamic Hydro Excavation

Using a high-pressure water lance, our hydro-excavator breaks up soil, clay and other earth without damaging the service. The powerful vacuum unit then removes the spoil.
Potholing is recommended when conventional digging is too dangerous or impractical.
This will offer a safe way to dig around utilities such as:
Gas, Telecom cables, Fibre optic cables, power cables, water pipes and sewer and stormwater pipes, as well as significant trees.
